Hotel Acta The Avenue

Acta The Avenue stands at number 188 on Fernão de Magalhães, in Bonfim. Its address lets you combine the Campanhã area with walks through a neighborhood of traditional architecture and emerging cultural spaces. This is not a postcard riverside stay: its appeal is as a comfortable base for exploring a more everyday part of Porto and traveling onward from it.

A Double measures 22 square meters and can have one large bed or two singles; only some rooms have a balcony. The 27-square-meter Double Superior adds a capsule coffee machine. Those extra five square meters may matter on a longer stay, though the minibar costs extra and the rate we saw did not clearly identify the room category included.

The lounge terrace offers an open-air pause at the end of the day. Breakfast buffet runs from 7 to 11 a.m. and can be requested through room service during those hours; reception operates around the clock. The kitchen serves food from noon to 4 p.m., but not dinner, which matters if you expect to return late and would rather eat in the neighborhood. Parking is charged separately.
