Mujica y Coto Abogados is a legal firm focused on corporate legal advisory, with special emphasis on Real Estate Law and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Law. • Real Estate Law/Banking Financing: Study of titles and drafting of contracts for mortgage credits, business financing, financial leasing, factoring, real estate rehabilitation, advisory in civil, notarial and registry matters, rehabilitation of portfolios.
• Law of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs): Advisory on legal and technical regulations regarding digital signatures and certificates, digital information archiving with legal value, accreditation before competent authorities, drafting of normative projects, participation in multidisciplinary teams, legal audit in paperless process implementation, legal consultancy in ICT matters.

• Gisella Coto Zevallos: Lawyer from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, Master in Business Law from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, graduate of the Master's in Corporate Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
