Who are we?

We are a company of food services, hospitality and facilities services founded in 2003 and that since its inception has been providing food and hospitality services in different operations throughout the country adapting to the different requirements of our clients, such as different geographical zones including some located in difficult access areas, being our strength the good service provided, quality of our product, personalized treatment and flexibility with our client.

What do we offer?

• Food: Mines, industries, schools, construction companies, hospitals, etc.
• Hospitality: Camp administration, accommodation, laundry.
• Facilities: Cleaning and maintenance.

Production and Equipment

Production of up to 6,000 meals per day. We work under BPM's standards, Safety and Social Responsibility. High-level equipment (to develop traditional cooking, transported food and the cook and chill system). Own transportation units.

Security and Safety

We have quality and control systems that ensure the safety of our food. We have a professional staff that monitors the preparation of our products from the purchase of ingredients until their final consumption. We manage control systems such as BPM (good manufacturing practices), Hygiene and Sanitation Program, HACCP, ISO, etc.

Class A Products

All the raw materials and products with which we work to prepare our food as well as the products we use to provide different services are previously evaluated by our staff to determine if they meet the sanitary standards required, and at the same time meet the high standards of our company.

Social Responsibility

At Provcal we have always been concerned about having very good relationships with the communities where we operate, for this we have training programs that are given for free in different aspects of personal development towards these people (food handling, foodborne diseases, dangers and ways to deal with them, etc.). We hire personnel from the areas where we operate and train them for their improvement, we have a supplier development plan with which we train the suppliers in the area to sell us their products.
