Who are we?
The Gastronomic Institute D’Gallia was created in 1995 with the conviction of building an accessible Gastronomic Campus for all in Peru. It is the first Peruvian institute dedicated exclusively to teaching the Culinary Art, offering affordable rates to students.Objectives
