Who are we?

Michigan English Center is a corporate organization that since 2001 has been dedicated to teaching the English language. We are managers and promoters of the Proactive Learning methodology, based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which operates according to an innovative initiative structured in the Interactive English Program (Pii).

Methodology

• NATURAL WAY: You will learn English in a natural way, by speaking, listening and repeating. Grammar is left as a final complement.
• PRACTICAL: Our method is based on talking, talking and talking, because we know it is the best way to learn and the fastest.
• SHORT PROGRAM: Forget studying for years. To learn English you don't need much time, which is why we teach it in just 10 months.
• SMALL GROUPS: If you want to learn in a classroom with many people, it will be very difficult, which is why our groups are small, allowing you personalized teaching throughout the process.
• ROTATING SCHEDULES: Systems that don't adapt to people's lifestyles end up being obsolete and abandoned. With us, you will have rotating, programmable and reprogrammable schedules.
• SPECIALIZED ADVISERS: We have highly qualified teaching staff with excellent pedagogical, social and personal skills.
• STRICT GRADING: In old systems, students who passed with a minimum passing grade ended up having gaps. In Michigan, we have high expectations in reading and writing assessments, reading comprehension and conversation.
• ENTERTAINING ACTIVITIES: We complement your learning with activities that make your teaching memorable and enjoyable. Among them are games, karaoke, current music, experiential activities, museum outings, and many more.
• FORGET TRANSLATING: In old systems, you were taught to translate into your native language and then understand the message, which is the hardest way. With our system, you will learn to think in English, so you don't do double work and learn faster.
