They are also responsible for obtaining and processing radiographs, collecting and processing samples for laboratory analysis, and performing dental scaling and polishing.

The customer service team handles calls, appointments and enquiries, and advises on diets, parasites and pet accessories. The clinic also runs client education programmes, such as tube feeding sick animals or administering insulin injections at home.
