Poolwerx New Zealand presents itself as a pool and spa services and products brand with more than three decades of activity. The company claims to be the pool care brand chosen by more pool owners in New Zealand than any other, a claim it supports with average data from Australia and New Zealand from 2023 to 2025. Its activity combines the sale of equipment and chemicals with technical services for cleaning, maintenance, repair, and installation, for both residential and commercial pools.

Cleaning and maintenance services

The service catalogue includes pool cleaning and maintenance, water treatment and testing, pool draining and cleaning, spa service, green pool recovery, spa cleaning and draining, and one-time pool service. It also offers seasonal maintenance and equipment checks. The company states that its services can be regular or on-demand, and include emergency cleaning and green pool recovery.

Equipment inspection, repair, and installation

Poolwerx carries out pool inspections, repairs cleaning robots and pool equipment, and handles the installation and replacement of components such as lighting, filters, heating, and pumps. It also offers pool system upgrades. In the products section, it sells chemicals, cleaners, filters, heaters, and pumps, with brands and models that the company describes as hand-picked and proven in real-world conditions.

Pool and spa products

The product range is organised into several categories: pool cleaners (cordless robots, corded robots, suction cleaners, and vacuums), filters (media filters, cartridge filters, and filter media), heaters (inverter heat pumps, electric heat pumps, and gas heaters), pool and spa chemicals, and pumps (variable speed and single speed). The company highlights its range of cordless robots, which it describes as hand-picked and rigorously tested, and its new line of chlorinators.

Commercial services

Poolwerx offers commercial services for gyms and aquatic centres, insurance providers, hotels and resorts, pool maintenance for real estate agencies, strata and body corporate, and pool builders, and institutions. The company notes that these services cover all types of commercial pool environments.
