For $20 per month, landlords can manage their tenancies with tools that include rent collection, tenancy agreement generation, bond lodgement, renewals, digital inspections, maintenance management, expense and mileage tracking, bank feed integration, document storage and tenant communication. The platform also issues Notices to Remedy and helps with compliance.

The site includes a market insights section with data on average rents, trends and market movements across different New Zealand cities.
