Consultations and conditions

The first consultation is free in most cases, although certain situations carry a fee of 250 New Zealand dollars: children under 12, patients referred by dentists or specialists, transfer cases from another treatment, and second opinions. Saturday consultations also cost 250 dollars. The free consultation is offered only once; if the patient does not attend or cancels less than 24 hours in advance, a non-refundable charge of 250 dollars applies before scheduling a new appointment.

Accessibility and hours

The clinic maintains four operational locations in Auckland, with different hours depending on the location. The main location, on Queen Street, is open Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon, closing at 1:00 PM on Fridays. Remuera opens Monday and Friday; Highbrook, only on Fridays; and Grey Lynn, Monday to Thursday. The clinic also announces seasonal closures, such as the one planned from 19 December to 12 January 2026, during which phone messages and emails are checked.
