License Place

License Place: refurbished software licenses with immediate delivery

License Place is an e-commerce store specialising in the sale of original refurbished software licenses. The company presents itself as a budget-friendly alternative for accessing paid programs, with prices that, according to its own website, can be up to 90% lower than those of new licenses. Its catalogue is aimed at students, entrepreneurs and families, and combines the sale of licenses with support for installation and activation.

Software catalogue

The shop offers refurbished perpetual licenses for professional programs. Among the products listed on the site are Adobe Animate 2024 (PC), Adobe Bridge 2024 and 2026 (Windows) and Adobe Character Animator 2026 (PC). The published prices for these titles range from £799.00 to £899.00. The catalogue is organised by category and also includes a section for other programs.

How the service works

The purchasing process described by the company consists of four steps: selecting the license, secure payment, receiving the license code and download link by email, and installation and activation. According to the information on the site, delivery is immediate in most cases, although it may take up to an hour in exceptional situations. The licenses are presented as original, verified and ready for immediate activation, and the company states that each one is unique.

Frequently asked questions about the licenses

The FAQ section clarifies that the licenses are original and legal, and that they are supplied as permanent licenses: the user buys the software once and can continue to use it indefinitely as long as they keep the device on which it was activated. The number of devices on which a license can be used varies by product; most Office and Windows licenses are for a single PC, and each product description states whether the license applies to one or more devices.
