Fortuna Digital

Fortuna Digital is a PC game store operated in Amsterdam by NordByte. It sells no physical boxes; games and activation keys are delivered digitally. Each product page lists the edition, compatible platform, and regional activation requirements. That information matters before a digital purchase: a key may be tied to a particular account, territory, or service, so read the full listing before paying.

The catalog combines new releases, preorders, downloadable content, and indie games, with browsing by genres such as action, adventure, role-playing, simulation, exploration, and story-rich games. The homepage also features editorial picks and collections intended to help shoppers discover titles beyond the most visible releases. Fortuna Digital offers a recommendation tool where players can describe the kind of experience they want and, optionally, connect a Steam account to personalize suggestions.

The store adds its own points program, FortunaPoints, which lets customers earn promotional credit on purchases and apply it to later orders under the program’s rules. Prices, inventory, discounts, and availability change, so the amount shown at checkout is the one that applies to an order. Digital delivery avoids waiting for a physical shipment, but shoppers should confirm the activation platform and the key’s region before choosing a product.

The company identifies its operator as NordByte trading as Fortuna Digital and lists its business address at Sarphatistraat 173-2 in Amsterdam; the advertised business is an online store, not a walk-in retailer. The site lists customer support 12 hours a day, six days a week, through its contact options and customer account. It also publishes a 14-day refund policy with conditions tied to the key’s status. If an activation problem arises, the company advises customers to send support the order number and the exact error message.
