About Hoteles Xcaret
Hoteles Xcaret: All-Fun Inclusive lodging in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya
Hoteles Xcaret brings together three properties in the Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen: Hotel Xcaret México, Hotel Xcaret Arte, and La Casa de la Playa. Its proposal is built around the All-Fun Inclusive concept, which combines lodging with unlimited access to Grupo Xcaret parks, Xcaret Xailing ferry tickets between Cancun and Isla Mujeres and between Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, and round-trip transportation to the parks and the airport.
The three properties
Hotel Xcaret México presents itself as a Riviera Maya hotel with up to 20 restaurants, entertainment options for the whole family, and the AAA Five Diamond Award. Hotel Xcaret Arte pays homage to Mexican artists and operates under the All-Fun Inclusive concept in an adults-only format, although it welcomes teens aged 16 and over. La Casa de la Playa is an adults-only boutique hotel, oriented toward an intimate and carefully curated stay.
Suites and Casas
Hotel Xcaret México has 900 suites with contemporary design inspired by Mexican art, featuring craftwork by local creators. La Casa de la Playa has 63 suites with Caribbean views, eco-integrated design, and premium amenities. Casa assignment is confirmed upon arrival, except for suites at Casa Fuego and Casa de los Artistas, and availability is managed by suite category.
The Casas reflect the personality of each concept: natural and cultural richness at Hotel Xcaret México and creative expression at Hotel Xcaret Arte. Casa Fuego, at Hotel Xcaret México, stands out for its oceanfront location, two private pools, a translucent rooftop lap lane, a signature restaurant, and other amenities. Casa de los Artistas, at Hotel Xcaret Arte, offers a painting workshop, a library, a private pool with ocean views, and access to the exclusive Kibi Kibi restaurant.
Parks and experiences included
The stay provides access to Grupo Xcaret parks in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. These include Xcaret, with more than 50 natural and cultural attractions, shows, and underground rivers; Xel-Há, for swimming, snorkeling, and interacting with marine life; Xplor, with zip-lines, stalactite rivers, and amphibious vehicles; Xplor Fuego, the nighttime adventure; Xenses, with more than 50 fantastic scenarios across two circuits; Xoxi, a floating Mexican party with live music, dinner, and open bar; and Xenotes, the only tour in the Riviera Maya that visits the four types of cenotes (semi-open, open, ancient, and cavern) with assisted rappelling, zip-lines, kayaking, exploration swimming, and cliff jumps, plus a picnic.
Also included are Xcaret Xailing ferries to Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, with round-trip transportation to the Playa del Carmen maritime terminal or the Cancun dock, and the Xcaret Catamaran experience, which includes transportation to the departure dock, snorkeling, premium drinks on board, a box lunch, and free time on Isla Mujeres.
Gastronomy
Hoteles Xcaret has a total of 34 restaurants across its properties in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Its Culinary Group is made up of Mexican and international chefs, and the offering includes restaurants such as Ha, Le Chique, XAAK, Tuch de Luna, and Xal, as well as mixology proposals. The company presents this offering as a destination for lovers of fine dining.
Meetings, events, and wellness
The properties have spaces for meetings and events, as well as for weddings. They also offer spa and wellness services, with a Wellness Collection. There are exclusive packages for direct bookings focused on gastronomy, romance, or wellness.
Sustainability
The reservation contributes to the actions of Grupo Xcaret's sustainability model, aimed at the conservation, dissemination, and development of natural, sociocultural, and economic heritage. Initiatives include species conservation and release programs, species reproduction, school and environmental education projects, efficient use of resources, and responsible waste management.
