Villa rates exclude transfers. Access to the resort requires a seaplane (US$700 net per adult) or speedboat, with a 30% saving on seaplane transfers for stays between 11 April and 30 September 2026. For stays including 31 December 2026, a compulsory New Year's Eve supplement of US$1,093.95 per adult applies, taxes included, which includes the gala dinner; children aged 5 and under do not pay any supplement and those aged 6 to 11 pay 50% of the adult rate. Between 1 July and 30 September 2026, The Spa Retreat, Mandhoo, the Grand Water Villas and Muraka will undergo enhancements, although the guest experience remains unchanged, with wellness services at the Overwater Spa and dining in other venues.
