Managed funds

Vigentis exclusively manages the following vehicles:

• Vigentis Absolute Return: a partnership whose objective is to offer investors the opportunity to participate in a professionally managed partnership in order to obtain an optimum return on the capital invested. The fund seeks recurring, capitalised income and, secondarily, long-term capital appreciation through professionally managed portfolios of transferable securities and other eligible financial instruments, in accordance with its investment policy.
• Vigentis Digital Assets S.F.: a securitisation fund established under Luxembourg law for an unlimited duration, pursuant to the Law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation, as amended. It has the legal status of a fiduciary portfolio, without legal personality. The assets and liabilities entrusted or allocated to the fund are strictly separated from those attributed to the management company.

Regulatory status and SFDR framework

Vigentis is registered as a sub-threshold AIFM and relies on the exemption provided for in Article 3(2) of the AIFM Law, and is therefore not subject to the provisions of that law except as provided in Articles 3(3) and 3(4). With regard to SFDR disclosure, the firm identifies, assesses and, where possible and appropriate, seeks to manage the sustainability risks of Vigentis Absolute Return within its risk management process. However, due to the nature of the investment objective, sustainability risks are not integrated into investment decisions. The fund does not promote environmental or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the SFDR, nor does it have sustainable investment as its objective within the meaning of Article 9. With respect to Article 6 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation, Vigentis SARL confirms that the investments underlying Vigentis Absolute Return do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities. As regards the disclosure obligations under Article 4(1) of the SFDR, it is confirmed that Vigentis does not consider the adverse impacts of investments, in accordance with Article 4(1)(b).
