History and management

The project was founded by three hosts: Gisela, who takes care of reception, service and the wine cellar; Heinrich, responsible for the kitchen and the creation of new dishes; and Karl, in charge of marketing. The history of the establishment goes back to the childhood of its founders in the valley surroundings, and its stated aim is to share that past with guests from all over the world.
