The company highlights the inclusion of manufacturer warranties and a direct customer service, as well as technical support in Ireland. For enquiries, the company provides a phone number and a sales email address.

Real performance data and technical advice

The company publishes live data from its own photovoltaic installation located in County Carlow, with historical charts of energy production, storage and consumption. The stated aim is to show how a solar system really performs in Ireland across the seasons, including battery performance.

Installation and public grants

SolarBoss does not carry out installations. The company explains that it can help customers locate or contact an independent installer, who will assess the project, provide a quote and contract directly with the customer. For grant-supported work, the company recommends verifying current SEAI registration and eligibility before proceeding.
