Tribe Health & Wellness

Tribe Health & Wellness, saunas and home wellness equipment

Tribe Health & Wellness is a home wellness equipment retailer based in Wilkinstown, Navan, County Meath (Ireland). It presents itself as an Irish family business and operates under the company name NUA Distribution Ltd., registered in Ireland with CRO number 508319 and VAT number IE9835110Q. The company, formerly known as Tribe Saunas, distributes its products across Ireland and the UK.

Sauna range

The range is organised into two main sauna families. Traditional saunas heat the air using a stove and stones, reaching temperatures of between 70 and 90 °C, and are sold under the Lisbon and Valencia lines. Infrared saunas, which heat the body using infrared panels rather than the air, operate between 30 and 65 °C and are grouped into the Athens, Madrid and Savo series.

The range is further segmented by size: compact saunas for one or two people, mid-size for two or three, and family saunas for three or four. Featured models include the Madrid 1 (infrared), the Lisbon 3 (traditional), the Athens 2 (infrared) and the Savo 2 (infrared). The Savo series features carbon and full-spectrum heaters, Bluetooth speakers and a standard three-pin plug.

Ice baths, chillers and reformers

Alongside saunas, the company sells ice baths and chillers, with models such as the Mini Ice Bath Chiller, the Pro Ice Bath, the Pro Plus Ice Bath and the Boost Ice Bath. The offering is completed with Pilates reformers, which the firm frames within its heat, cold and movement proposition.

Delivery, assembly and finance

The company offers free delivery across Ireland and the UK, and an assembly service available in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for €300 or £260. It also facilitates instalment payments through Klarna, interest-free on the Pay in 3 option and with no extra charges. The website includes a stockist finder to locate the nearest point of sale.

Informational content and reviews

The site publishes wellness guides, including an introduction to ice baths and cold plunges, an explanation of how traditional saunas work and another on infrared saunas, which addresses the differences between far infrared and full spectrum. The page shows an average rating of 4.94 out of 5 based on 16 verified reviews, and includes a testimonial from the founder of Fitness Journey and Hyrox athlete Kyle Delavari. The firm states that its products have appeared in media such as House and Home and The Sunday Independent.
