For job seekers, the platform allows registration, signing up for job alerts and submitting a CV. It also has a specific service for temporary and locum work, with timesheet management for locum and temporary staff.

Clinics can post vacancies, book temporary candidates and access a catalogue of services. The website also includes a section for making payments.

Resources and sector knowledge

Irish Dental Jobs maintains a resources section with a salary guide, e-books, an Irish Dental Council registration service, useful dental links and its own podcast. Among the podcast episodes are conversations on dental compliance with Dr. Jane Renehan, employment rights for employers and employees, talent retention on the west coast and testimonials from professionals explaining why they chose the agency.

The company also organises and participates in sector events, and promotes a charity initiative called Charity Sea Dip.

With fifteen years of activity in dental recruitment, the agency states it holds All-Star Accreditation and defines itself as a firm 100% exclusive and dedicated to the dental profession. Its motto, "People Matter", is presented as the core of its selection philosophy, based on candidates' personality, ability and attitude.
