Lights.ie, lighting for homes and professionals in Ireland

Lights.ie is an Ireland-based online lighting store that sells lamps and light accessories for indoor and outdoor use. Its catalogue is organised by room and by product type, and includes both domestic solutions and a specific line for trade sales (B2B). The company presents itself on its website as the leading online destination for lamps and lighting in Ireland and states that it offers Europe's largest selection of brands, claims that correspond to its own commercial description.

Indoor catalogue organised by room

The indoor range covers ceiling lights, pendant lights, wall lights, floor and table lamps, ceiling spotlights, downlights, chandeliers, track lighting, lamp shades and LED strips, as well as a smart lighting section. The site allows filtering by space: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, dining room, home office, children's room, staircase, reading corner and basement. It also groups products by style (designer, industrial, Scandinavian, vintage, modern) and includes frequently searched terms such as indoor LED lighting, LED ceiling lights, LED panels and smart home.

Outdoor lighting, light bulbs and fans

For outdoor use, the store offers security lights, wall lights, pathway lights, pillar lights, lamp posts, solar lights, decking lights, outdoor spotlights, outdoor ceiling lights, outdoor pendant lights, pond lights and smart versions. Light bulbs are classified by type (smart, filament, dimmable LED, compact fluorescent, LED tubes and fluorescent tubes, gas discharge lamps) and by base (E27, E14, B22, GU10, GU5.3/MR16, G9, G4 and GU4/MR11, T8/G13). The catalogue is completed by ceiling fans, with and without light, with remote control and accessories, as well as sections for electrical accessories, motion sensors, dimmers, air purifiers and UV-C lamps.

The site distributes generalist brands such as Arcchio, EGLO, Euluna, Lindby, Lucande, Nordlux, OSRAM, Paulmann, Philips and STEINEL, alongside design firms such as Artemide, FLOS, Foscarini, Ingo Maurer, Louis Poulsen, Luceplan, Northern, Slamp, TECNOLUMEN and Tom Dixon. It organises this offer by application: offices and new ways of working, computer workstations, retail and showrooms, restaurants and cafés, hotels and hospitality, industry and warehouses, car parks and garages, nurseries and education, healthcare and medical practices, and beauty salons and hairdressers. This line includes lighting design, DALI control, case studies and manufacturer warranties.
