Personalisation and ordering process

The bespoke design service is included at no extra cost. The company's graphic designers handle the layout and image treatment, which includes photo enhancement. Before printing, a proof is sent to the customer by email or WhatsApp. The company also offers the possibility of designing a card or video based on ideas provided by the customer.
