Hire A Skip Online: skip hire and waste removal in Ireland

Hire A Skip Online is an online booking platform specialising in skip hire and waste removal in Ireland. The company operates as a trading entity of Go Green Ltd and states that it has more than twenty years of experience in the waste sector, expertise it has used to build a waste management service aimed at businesses and individuals.

Its model is based on a network of more than 300 licensed waste removal companies across Ireland, selected according to environmental performance, price and locality. Through that network, the platform offers nationwide coverage and allows customers to book local services in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and the rest of the country.

Hire and removal services

The company's offering is organised into three main options: skip hire, waste removal by van and skip bags. The platform offers various skip sizes and van collection options, as well as smaller-capacity bags, to suit a range of needs.

The booking process is designed to be completed online: the user chooses the skip size or removal service, follows the on-screen instructions and sets the delivery date. The company also takes orders by phone.

Domestic and commercial uses

Hire A Skip Online serves both households and businesses. The cases it covers include bulky waste removal, garden clearance, home renovations and construction projects. The company presents its online ordering system as a fast and easy way to book these services.

Delivery and how it works

The company states that, in many cases, it can offer next-day delivery for skip hire and waste collection. To take advantage of this service, it notes that orders must be placed before 12:00 noon. The company describes its service as fast and reliable, with the aim of having waste collected and managed as quickly as possible.

Recycling and sustainability

Sustainability is among the principles the company declares as central. Hire A Skip Online states that it works only with registered and licensed waste carriers, and maintains that its priority is to reduce the amount of waste that reaches landfill. Once the skip or removal van is full, the waste is taken to a recycling facility for processing. The company also states that it selects its suppliers according to environmental responsibility criteria.
