Solar Path

Solar Path: solar energy installation in Cork and Ireland

Solar Path is a solar PV installer registered with SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) headquartered in Cork. Since 2022, the company has delivered complete solar projects for residential, agricultural, and commercial clients across Ireland, also handling grant applications, warranties, and real-time monitoring systems.

Solar solutions for homes, farms, and businesses

Solar Path's offering is structured around three main areas:

• Residential solar PV systems: installations for homes that work in all weather conditions and generate electricity all year round. The company highlights benefits such as reduced electricity bills, eligibility for SEAI grants of up to €1,800, selling excess electricity to the grid, increased property value, and the option to add battery storage.
• Solar energy for farms: installations designed to make use of large roof areas, power electric vehicles and farm equipment, integrate with existing electrical systems, and use hot water diversion technology.
• Solar panels for businesses: commercial systems tailored to each business's consumption, location, and goals, with advantages such as reduced operating costs, improved environmental credentials, protection against energy price rises, SEAI grants for businesses, and tax incentives for solar investment.

Work process: from enquiry to commissioning

Solar Path structures its projects in seven phases. The process begins with an initial consultation and an analysis of the electricity bill to correctly size the system. Next, a team of engineers carries out a free property survey to determine the ideal size and layout. A custom solar PV system is then designed and a detailed quote with no hidden costs is provided. The installation is carried out by a SEAI-registered team in accordance with certified standards. Finally, the system is connected and tested to verify its performance, and maintenance and after-sales support are offered.
