History and ownership

For more than 300 years, the noble Tenison family lived in the castle. After they left, the estate fell into decline. In 2007, Alan Hanly, through his company, acquired the property and drove its restoration as a hotel. The site includes a section dedicated to the history of the building and another to the group's hotels.
