Clever Closets, custom carpentry for under stairs storage and sitting room units

Clever Closets is a carpentry workshop founded in 2011 by Tony Quinn, who also serves as the company's manager. The business focuses on the manufacture and installation of custom furniture, with a stated track record of more than thirty years in furniture building and fitting.

Current specialisation: under stairs and sitting room units

The original activity covered bespoke kitchens and various furniture pieces, as well as making use of the space under the stairs. Over time, the company decided to concentrate exclusively on two product lines: under stairs storage and sitting room and alcove units.

All units are 100% custom built to suit each client's specific needs. The company presents this approach as a commitment to bringing back traditional quality to furniture making.

Under stairs storage

Under stairs furniture is designed as a functional piece intended to create a welcoming impression on entry to the home and to stand the test of time. It is a custom product, not a standard module.

Sitting room and alcove units

Sitting room and alcove units are offered in configurations adaptable to any style, space or budget, with the aim of providing additional storage in the room.

Work process and quotes

The company has a contact form for general queries and a specific channel for requesting a quote. The website includes a projects section illustrating completed work.

Customer reviews

The site features testimonials from customers who highlight the manager's professionalism, attention to detail and the finish of the work. Several mention under stairs storage and kitchen cabinet commissions, and note that the result blends into the home as if it had been part of it from the start.
