Desa Potato Head Bali, creative village and resort in Seminyak

Desa Potato Head Bali presents itself as a zero-waste creative village located in Seminyak, in the regency of Badung (Bali, Indonesia). The project, according to its own description, has been developed over fifteen years and brings together art, design, music, food, wellbeing and environmental innovation within a single site. Its approach is oriented towards cultural exchange: artists, musicians, chefs, designers and travellers come together in the space to share ideas.

Accommodation: OMA House and AM House

The accommodation offering takes the form of two houses. OMA House is an oceanside house designed in collaboration with the studio OMA. AM House, for its part, is defined as a place of craft conceived alongside Andra Matin and the archipelago's artisans. Both are listed with a booking option on the site.

Beach club and store

Potato Head Beach Club is described as the complex's original good times experience and accepts reservations. Alongside it is Good Times General Store, presented as a centre for craft and creative exchange, where visitors can purchase products linked to the brand.

Cultural and artistic programming

The programming combines installations, workshops and events. Among the proposals listed on the site are Shared Sky: Dekmantel x Potato Head, a collaboration with the master kite artisans of Banjar Dangin Peken that brings Balinese tradition to a sky-filling scale; Evolving Landscapes, a monumental installation by Rostarr; and Chroma: Natural Dye Workshop, a natural dyeing workshop presented with the motto "from soil to skin". The complex also maintains a cultural exchange series with annual programmes, those for 2026 in the information consulted.
