All Yoga Training: Yoga Teacher Training in Bali and Thailand

All Yoga Training is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school offering yoga teacher trainings in Bali, based at a beachfront shala in Nusa Lembongan, and in Thailand. The school has been operating since 2009 and has over 3,500 graduates from more than 50 countries, according to its own published data.

Its method combines daily practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga with the study of anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, pranayama and meditation. The training relies on small groups, with a maximum of 24 students per course, and practical teaching exercises from day one.

Training Programs

The school structures its offering into three main programs, all with Yoga Alliance certification as a reference:

• 200-hour teacher training in Bali: 23-day intensive in-person program, priced from 3,150 USD, taught at the beachfront shala and with a maximum of 24 students per training.
• Hybrid training in Bali: 12 in-person days in Bali combined with online study of philosophy and anatomy, priced from 1,850 USD and self-paced learning in the online part.
• 300-hour advanced training in Bali: 30-day in-person program with Rocket Yoga, Yin and flow modules, aimed at advanced practitioners or teachers, from 3,950 USD.

The school also offers 200-hour training in Thailand, with the same curriculum and teaching team as in Bali.

Teaching Approach

The program emphasizes real teaching practice. Participants work from day one on giving instructions, sequencing, demonstrations and guiding classes, so that by graduation they have accumulated teaching experience and not just a certificate. The school notes that you do not need to be an advanced practitioner to enroll, although it recommends three to six months of regular yoga practice or similar physical condition, as well as a willingness to practice daily during the course.

The curriculum covers anatomy, philosophy, sequencing and teaching methodology, with the goal that students understand yoga beyond physical postures. The training is also open to those who wish to deepen their personal practice without teaching, although in that case they must also complete the teaching components of the course.

Certification and Reach

All Yoga Training is a Yoga Alliance registered school. Upon completing the 200-hour program, students receive the corresponding certificate and can apply for RYT 200 registration with Yoga Alliance. The school states that it has conducted more than 200 trainings since 2009 and that its community of graduates extends worldwide.

The published calendar includes Bali dates for 2026 and 2027. The October 2026 200-hour training (October 7–29) is listed with a waitlist and last-minute offer; the November 2026 training (November 4–26) had two spots available with a last-minute offer; the December 2026 hybrid (December 1–12) had spots available and free accommodation; the January and February 2027 200-hour trainings appeared with spots available and free accommodation; and the February 2027 hybrid (February 24–March 7) also with spots available and free accommodation.
