What the conversion includes

The company details that the conversion covers full previous years to date, with the aim of reproducing a faithful picture of prior financial data. It includes payroll setup and all transactions so you can continue working where you left off. In the case of foreign currency operations, it transfers transactions in the same foreign currency and at the same exchange rate recorded in the source software. It also covers the setup of bank feeds and bank reconciliation as recorded in the previous program. The company notes that conversions can be customized according to the client's needs.

Published packages and pricing

The site shows two package options. For MYOB (Online and Desktop), QuickBooks Online, Reckon Hosted, Reckon One and Xero, the Basic package has a fixed price of 99 AUD and includes chart of accounts conversion, balances at conversion date, one historical year plus current year to date transactions, all open receivables and payables, all contacts (customers, suppliers and employees) and bank feed setup. The Full Transactional package costs a fixed 189 AUD and includes the chart of accounts, previous FY balances, one historical year plus current year to date transactions, all receivables and payables, all contacts and bank feed setup. For other programs, the Basic package is offered at a fixed 399 AUD and the Full Transactional at a fixed 549 AUD, with equivalent contents. The company indicates that it can go back any number of previous years at an additional cost of 85 AUD per year for the first group of programs and 150 AUD per year for the second.
