Lathe cut: custom cutting with a diamond stylus

The company notes that this process is different from that of a traditional pressing plant and that, although the format has limitations, the quality and durability are comparable to pressed vinyl. Available formats, colors and finishes

The catalog includes 7, 10 and 12 inch records in black, transparent, white, red, green and blue, as well as the gold and silver tones that the company describes as its own and patented. Two weights are offered: 140 g (1.5 mm) and 180 g (2 mm). 7 and 12 inch picture discs are also made, with the artwork embedded within the record itself.

Covers, labels and packaging

Covers are printed in full color on heavy paper stock, cut and glued, and include a white inner sleeve and a clear polyethylene outer sleeve. Each record comes with front and back center labels, in black and white or full color at no extra cost. For DJs, a plain black cover with a black or white center label is offered. All records are supplied with center labels and an anti-static sleeve.

Customization of music and cover art

The customer chooses the songs — their own tracks, demos or personal recordings — and the vinyl size, designs the printed label and cover, and selects the pressing options, such as color and sides. The company offers design templates and allows creating the cover with photos, own artwork or pre-designed templates. The process is completed by uploading the files and placing the order.
