At 13 Mouson, Neoma stands where Koukaki's residential streets begin to rise towards Filopappou Hill. The neighbourhood lets visitors move between the hill paths, the monumental promenade and the cafés of Drakou without staying on the main traffic avenue. The hotel responds to that position with contemporary interiors and rooms facing either the city or the trees of the hill.

The rooms are not interchangeable. The 18 m² Basement Cozy has a shared patio; doubles facing the hill or city offer roughly 23–25 m², while some suites add a balcony and more space. There is also a restaurant and rooftop pool. The latter is seasonal: for 2026 the property states that it operates from May 7 to October 12, so a later stay should not count on access.

In the September 23 search for two adults and the night of October 12–13, Booking.com appeared on Maps at a USD 276 total including taxes, fees, breakfast and Wi-Fi, with a double bed shown. The official-site card showed USD 281 with breakfast. Room categories and other terms were not detailed enough to treat the offers as identical. Neoma may justify a higher spend for travellers who will use its shared spaces and choose their preferred room orientation; it is not the lowest-cost choice here.
