Stamba Hotel occupies in Tbilisi the building of a publishing house that operated in the 1950s. The project presents itself as a reflection of the city's creative climate and blends the original industrial aesthetic with contemporary design elements. Rooms and interior design concept

Lolita: bar, restaurant and event space

Across from the hotel is Lolita, set in a beautifully repurposed 19th-century building and spread across three floors as a bar, restaurant and event space. The venue hosts some of the city's most compelling gatherings. Its menu draws inspiration from contemporary American cuisine and is complemented by handcrafted cocktails. It features an open kitchen and an urban-style interior conceived as a social space.

Udabno Shop: regenerative farm produce store

Udabno Shop brings to the hotel the philosophy of Udabno, presented as one of Europe's largest regenerative farms, spanning 20,000 hectares in Kakheti, Georgia. The shop offers almond oil, fresh eggs, dairy products, honey, vegan ice cream and pastries baked daily, with products free from artificial ingredients.

Gym Breeze: sport and community around padel

Gym Breeze is conceived as a space that goes beyond training, aimed at connecting fitness enthusiasts and casual exercisers around shared interests. It has nine padel courts and introduces its members to this sport, which blends elements of tennis and squash.

Mutant Radio: mobile broadcasting platform

Mutant Radio is a mobile media platform based in Tbilisi that broadcasts live-streamed mixes, interviews, educational shows and performances. It operates from a fully equipped caravan that travels across Georgia and broadcasts from various locations. Alongside live streams, it features an open-air café.

Nightlife: TES and Left Bank

TES is a nightclub set in a repurposed Soviet-era thermal power station, along the Mtkvari River in Tbilisi's evolving cultural district. Equipped with a Function-One sound system, its industrial space includes a main dance floor, a cocktail bar and a small garden. Its open-ended music policy makes room for resident DJs and international and emerging local artists, with a primary focus on electro and techno and occasional house and disco nights.

Left Bank is a community space and nightclub on Tbilisi's left bank, created and run by artists, DJs and partygoers, dedicated to promoting arts and music in a safe, inclusive atmosphere. It has two indoor dance floors and an outdoor area with its own DJ booth and bar, and hosts weekly live performances, club nights and movie screenings.
