The company advertises unlimited mileage, 24-hour assistance, and the option to pick up or return a vehicle in another city, a useful combination for itineraries that do not end at the airport where they began. Delivery can be arranged at a convenient location, including airports.

The official website lists locations in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi, as well as the international airports serving those cities. In Tbilisi, it lists 27a Nadira Khosharauli Street; in Kutaisi, 2 Shartava Street; and in Batumi, 90 Lermontova Street.

It also lists Tbilisi International Airport, Batumi Airport, and Kutaisi Airport, identified on the site as Kutaisi 460. This network lets customers arrange pickup and return at different locations, although availability depends on the vehicle and the chosen pickup or return point.

GeoDrive says all its cars are insured and that customers can get assistance if an issue arises. Its published rental requirements are a minimum age of 21 and at least one year of driving experience.

In addition to self-drive rentals, the company offers trips with a driver and with a driver-guide. Passengers can set stops and waiting times for these arrangements; the company says water for passengers is included and child seats are available on request. The driver-guide option adds commentary on local history, points of interest, and everyday life, according to the service description.

Bookings are handled online, and the team says it accepts cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency in different currencies. GeoDrive says its staff can assist in Georgian, Russian, and English and that support is available around the clock; that does not mean every location has identical in-person hours.
