About Lily of the Valley

Luxury wellness hotel on the Saint-Tropez peninsula

Lily of the Valley is a five-star hotel open all year round, a member of Leading Hotels of the World, located just a few minutes' drive from Saint-Tropez and surrounded by the protected landscape of the Cap Lardier estate, one of the green lungs of the French Riviera. The property overlooks the Plage de Gigaro, a wild fine-sand beach stretching over more than three miles.

The Lily of the Valley method: weight loss, sport and treatments

The hotel's method is applied throughout the year and is built around three pillars: weight-loss cuisine, sport and treatments. The nutritional gastronomy approach was developed with nutritionist Jacques Fricker and enables guests to achieve their weight goals while still enjoying the pleasure of eating. This approach is combined with targeted treatments tailored to individual needs by expert therapists. Indoor and outdoor fitness sessions, with varying levels of intensity, complete the programmes.

Wellness programmes

The hotel offers four programmes, each with durations of 4, 7, 10 or 14 days:

  • Weight Loss: reach your ideal weight with pleasure.
  • Detox: prioritise self-care and rethink your lifestyle.
  • Sport: improve your sports performance.
  • Better Aging: preserve your longevity.

Accommodation: rooms, suites and pool suites

The hotel distributes its accommodation across different "houses", with rooms and suites ranging from 35 to 105 m², each with a large private terrace. The interiors combine polished marble, exposed concrete, exotic woods and natural leathers. The offer includes Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Deluxe Sea View and Garden Deluxe Sea View rooms, for two people and from 35 to 40 m², with views over the hills, the Shape Club, the hotel gardens or the Mediterranean. The suites, for three people and from 72 to 80 m², include the Classic, Shape Club, Deluxe Sea View and Lily categories. The Pool Suites, also for three people, comprise the Loft (86 m²) and the Gigaro (95 m²), with private garden and pool. The Villa, for six people and 210 m², and the Villa W, for six people and 250 m², boast sea views and a private pool and garden.

Restaurants and dining experiences

The hotel's restaurants revolve around the idea of sharing and conviviality at the table. They offer dishes made with produce from local farms, mills and vegetable gardens, designed both for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine and for those who want to eat carefully without giving up the pleasure. The meals, light yet full of flavour, can be enjoyed at different times of the day, on a deck chair by the pool, on a terrace overlooking the sea or beneath the starry skies of the Riviera. The dining venues identified are Vista, Brigantine and Pépé.

Shape Club and wellness services

The Shape Club is the hotel's wellness space, with treatments, skin programmes, wellness boosters, sport and membership. The programme includes masterclasses and events such as the Octobre Kore, Maison Of(f) Wellness, L'Évitation Expérience and Hercule Studio x Tonic Pilates concepts.

Beach Club and water sports

The hotel has a Beach Club with its own beach, a sailing club and the Brigantine and Pépé restaurants in the beach area.

Second location in Courchevel

The property also operates in Courchevel, with an opening planned for 2027.
