Hôtel Florence Nice

Hôtel Florence Nice is tucked onto a pedestrian street at 3 rue Paul Déroulède, just off avenue Jean Médecin. With three stars and 52 rooms, it offers a different base from a hotel directly beside the platforms. Place Masséna and Old Nice are within a central-city walk, while the property estimates nine minutes on foot to Nice-Ville station. Its access page also explains the airport connection by tram line 2. This address suits travelers dividing their time between city streets and day trips without a car.

Guest ratings add detail to that picture. On October 1, 2026, Google listed 4.4/5 from 1,425 reviews; Booking showed 8.5/10 from 3,770 guests and 9.6/10 for location. Reviews often praise the central position and staff. Some describe varying sound insulation or small bathrooms, so look for comments about the room category you intend to book. The hotel’s own room page says it has no rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility; resolve that point before booking if accessibility is essential.

The pedestrian street makes central Nice easy to explore but also affects arrival with luggage and parking for those driving. Compare room size, breakfast and cancellation terms for your dates. Location, services and accessibility come from the official website; ratings and guest reviews from Google Hotels and Booking.
