About Airelles Collection
Airelles Collection: palace and five-star hotels in iconic destinations
Airelles Collection brings together a series of palace hotels and five-star establishments spread across some of the most renowned destinations in France, plus one property in Venice and another in Saint Barthélemy. The collection presents itself as a group of houses with history, where hospitality combines with gastronomy, wellbeing and the art of living. Each Maison is described as an accommodation with its own character, from Alpine palaces to 16th-century Provençal residences.
The Maisons in the collection
The collection comprises ten properties, each with a distinct location and character:
- Le Grand Contrôle, Versailles: located in the Château de Versailles, it recreates the splendour of the Enlightenment and offers experiences such as afternoon tea.
- Château de la Messardière, Saint-Tropez: a château surrounded by a vast Mediterranean park with views over the Bay of Pampelonne. It houses the restaurant La Table de la Messardière, described as a French bistro that becomes more intimate after dark.
- Pan Deï Palais, Saint-Tropez: a discreet retreat in the centre of Saint-Tropez, with gardens and a mosaic-lined swimming pool.
- La Bastide, Gordes: a 16th-century Provençal palace perched above one of the most beautiful villages in France, with panoramic views of the Luberon mountains.
- Les Airelles, Courchevel: an Alpine palace in Courchevel 1850, in the heart of the Trois Vallées, with direct access to the world's largest ski area.
- Airelles Val d'Isère: a chalet with ski-in ski-out access and views of the Tarentaise peaks.
- Villa Baulieu, Provence: surrounded by vineyards in the Pays d'Aix, with gardens and views of the Alpilles and Sainte-Victoire.
- Château d'Estoublon, Provence: built in 1489 in the Alpilles, dedicated to the Provençal art of living and the production of olive oil and wines.
- Airelles Palladio, Venice: the first Maison outside France, located in a restored 16th-century building facing the lagoon and a short distance from St Mark's Square.
- Le Guanahani, Saint Barthélemy: a new retreat in the Caribbean, scheduled to open on 1 November 2026.
Chalets in the Alps
In Courchevel and Val d'Isère, the collection offers a selection of chalets available for exclusive rental, designed to combine Alpine luxury with privacy. These properties are presented as an alternative to hotel rooms for group or family stays during the snow season.
Gastronomy and experiences
Gastronomy plays a central role in Airelles' offering. Each Maison features a culinary offering linked to the local terroir, developed by chefs. Among the standout experiences is the collaboration with pastry chef Cedric Grolet at Airelles Palladio, Venice, with sculpted fruit creations and signature pieces. At Le Grand Contrôle, Versailles, an afternoon tea is offered that combines traditional pastry with innovative creations. The collection also hosts occasional events, such as the Thanksgiving dinner planned for 26 November in Versailles, which blends American tradition with the French art of living.
Offers and seasonal moments
The collection shares exclusive offers, new experiences across its Maisons and seasonal moments. Among the announced offerings is the experience linked to Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, with accommodation a short walk from the harbour, and the selection of winter chalets in Courchevel and Val d'Isère. Gift cards redeemable for gastronomic, wellbeing and art of living experiences are also available.
Boutique and other services
Airelles Boutique Vanille & Lilas sells a selection of fashion, homeware, beauty and inspired objects linked to the collection's art of living. The company has a contact form with destination selection, as well as specific email addresses for reservations, events and human resources at several of its properties.
