The Hôtel Crillon le Brave is a five-star establishment located in the village of Crillon le Brave, in the French department of Vaucluse. The hotel occupies a dozen old 17th- and 18th-century houses integrated into the village itself, an architectural ensemble of cobbled streets and buildings covered in Virginia creeper that is arranged around the church. The property presents itself as a retreat away from the pace of the city, surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of Provence.

The interior decor was designed by Charles Zana and combines the old red floor tiles typical of Provence with contemporary furniture in warm tones, linen, natural nuances and silky materials. Following its reopening in 2026, the hotel added nine new rooms, a second swimming pool, a space dedicated to culinary workshops, wellness retreats and children's activities, as well as an expanded spa area.

Dining: La Table du Ventoux and the Bar

La Table du Ventoux is the hotel's main restaurant, led by chef Thomas Lesage. Its offering is based on Provençal cuisine using local produce, with service from breakfast through to dinner. The dining room offers views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding vineyards.

The Bar, with its intimate atmosphere, occupies a space with a vaulted ceiling and pastel colours. It is designed for relaxation, games by the fireplace, reading or enjoying drinks such as pastis at sunset. The hotel also offers a brunch.

Spa des Écuries and wellness

The spa occupies the former 18th-century vaulted stables, beneath monumental arches of pale stone. Treatments are provided by the Tata Harper brand in specially equipped cabins. The wellness journey includes a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold baths. The hotel has two swimming pools with views over the valley and Mont Ventoux, as well as a fitness area. A few minutes from the establishment there are padel and tennis courts.

Accessibility

The hotel has put measures in place to facilitate the stay of guests with reduced mobility. There are reserved parking spaces next to reception and access to reception and concierge is via a lift adjacent to the entrance. The establishment has adapted rooms and suites with en-suite bathrooms. The restaurant La Table du Ventoux, the bar, the Spa des Écuries and the toilets are accessible. The outdoor swimming pool, the pétanque area and the fitness room are not accessible. Assistance dogs are welcome and adapted equipment is available on request.
