Campervan and motorhome rentals · France

WeVan

French rental network for campervans, larger motorhomes, and rooftop tents, with different layouts and departure agencies.

About WeVan

WeVan organizes travel around a vehicle that also serves as accommodation. Its French network rents campervans, larger vehicles, and rooftop tents through bookings connecting dates, departure point, and model. The offering accommodates couples, families sharing a journey, or travelers wanting more interior space without changing lodging every night.

Campervans include Ford Panama Peak, Renault Hanroad Trek 5, Ford Nugget, and Volkswagen California, with manual or automatic versions depending on the model. Information separates traveling seats from sleeping places: a vehicle with five seats may have four beds. The larger range includes La Strada Avanti, Big Van, and Volkswagen Grand California, with configurations for two or four people.

NaïtUp Quatrö and Lexagones Famille XL rooftop tents offer another option, with sleeping space for two adults and two children. Installation and removal are included in the published offering. Kitchens, showers, toilets, and other equipment are identified by vehicle, not attributed uniformly to the entire fleet. Model choice defines how life aboard is organized.

The network has western and Atlantic departure points such as Nantes, Rennes, Quimper, Lannion, La Rochelle, and Bordeaux. Northern locations include Amiens, Calais, Lille, Compiègne, and Rouen; central and eastern locations include Angers, Cholet, Tours, Clermont-Ferrand, Annecy, Grenoble, Lyon, Besançon, Nancy, Strasbourg, and Bâle-Mulhouse. Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Montpellier, Nice, Toulon, Toulouse, Pau, and Perpignan complete the southern points, alongside Paris-area agencies at Roissy, Coignières, and Conflans.

Published pickup addresses include Nantes at 16 rue des Saules, 44800 Saint-Herblain; Bordeaux at 7 rue des 29 Aviateurs, 33700 Mérignac; Lyon at 6 rue Jacques Monod, 69680 Chassieu; and Paris-Nord–Roissy at 13 rue de la Perdrix, bâtiment EIDER, 93290 Tremblay-en-France. These are separate points within one network. Each agency publishes its support and pickup arrangements, with transfers or after-hours returns depending on the location and booking.

Travel guides cover packing, operating the campervan, and suggested routes through France and other European countries. The process starts with choosing a departure point and continues with vehicle handover and operating explanations. WeVan also has a separate nine-seat minibus activity and a vehicle-sales platform, distinguished from camper rentals.

Booking information provides for free changes or cancellation within forty-eight hours of booking or up to thirty days before departure, under the published conditions. Installment payments and rental-related assistance are also offered. The route remains central: the chosen vehicle, its particular equipment, and the departure agency are the pieces organizing the trip.
