Sloth Massage is a therapeutic massage studio located in Odense, Denmark, run by Dominik, a certified massage therapist. The space presents itself as a calm and cozy environment where client comfort is the priority, with sessions individually designed according to each person's needs.

Massage services

Sloth Massage's catalog includes four main modalities:

• First-time massage: a 45-minute session with an additional 10 minutes to discuss discomforts, preferences, and goals before starting.
• Relaxation massage: aimed at disconnecting and resetting mind and body.
• Classic massage: seeks a balance between relaxation and muscle relief.
• Sports massage: focused on muscle recovery and the release of deep tension.

Each type of massage can be booked in durations of 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes.

How a session works

The process begins with a prior consultation to understand the client's needs. During the session, there is the option to choose between scented massage oils, unscented cream, or neutral oils, depending on preferences or allergies. The sound environment can also be selected: relaxing or upbeat music, calm instrumental music, or silence. Conversation during the massage is optional.

Klippekort and recurring sessions

For those who wish to incorporate massage into their routine, Sloth Massage offers a klippekort that includes five sessions for the price of four, valid for 12 months from purchase. It is designed for people with chronic pain or those seeking more affordable regular care.

Approach and care philosophy

The studio defines itself as a judgment-free space, where the client can relax without expectations or the need to justify themselves. The care is based on empathy, active listening, and the adaptation of each session, with professional techniques applied in detail. Communication during the treatment is adjusted to what each person prefers.
