Environmental initiatives and collaborations
Organic Basics collaborates with Cool Earth on a project to provide speciality safety equipment that supports Indigenous-led wildfire prevention in the Peruvian Amazon. The company states that 1% of order subtotals is donated to Cool Earth (a UK registered charity, number 1117978), with a donation cap of £20,000 and valid between 1 and 30 April 2026. Shipping, returns and customer service
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days from the company's warehouse in Denmark. The returns policy is 30 days, extended to 60 days for orders placed between 1 November and 31 December.
