Froggie Doggie

Froggie Doggie, dog grooming salon in Copenhagen V

Froggie Doggie is a dog grooming salon located at Oehlenschlægersgade 26, kl. tv., in the Copenhagen V district. The establishment presents itself as a space where coat care is approached as part of the dog's health, comfort and well-being, and not just as an aesthetic matter. The salon works by appointment and offers its services in both Danish and English.

Grooming and coat care services

The salon's service catalogue is organised into several categories. Grooming and coat care are divided according to dog size, with specific sections for small, medium and large breeds. In addition, the centre offers hand stripping, a manual technique for wire-haired dogs; a puppy package for puppies up to five months old; and a spa package designed for maintenance between full clips. The website also mentions bathing, brushing and paw and ear care services.

A team with international experience

The founding team is made up of Julia Janczak and Catarina Rodrigues Botelho. Julia, of Polish origin, has more than ten years of professional experience in coat care and combines precision and creativity in her work; her favourite breed to groom is the Pomeranian. Catarina, of Portuguese origin, brings two years of experience in the sector and stands out for her friendly manner and attention to detail; her preferred breed is the Siberian Husky. Both founded the salon sharing the idea of offering patient, kind and quality care in a calm environment.

Gallery of work

The website includes a gallery with examples of work carried out by the salon, including clips on a Pomeranian, an English Cocker Spaniel and a Havanese.

Customer reviews

The site collects several customer testimonials that highlight the attention received, the careful treatment of the dogs and the result of the clips. One of the reviews mentions that the dog, a twelve-year-old Bichon Frise, had already been a customer of Julia at another centre and that he showed enthusiasm at being reunited with her and with Catarina. Other reviews emphasise the team's patience and the salon's stress-free atmosphere.
