About LEGOLAND® Hotel & Conference

A Conference Center Beside LEGOLAND® in Billund

LEGOLAND® Hotel & Conference is a hotel and convention complex in Billund, Denmark, next to LEGOLAND® park. It combines professional meeting facilities with the option of incorporating the LEGO® universe into an event, according to the company’s presentation.

Meeting Rooms, Auditoriums, and Event Spaces

The center has 25 flexible conference rooms in different sizes, two auditoriums seating 54 and 300 people, respectively, and a 1,800-square-meter multipurpose hall. The hall is presented as a versatile venue for large conferences, product launches, trade shows, and company parties, with possible breakout areas, networking spaces, and stage setups. All meeting rooms have natural light, free Wi-Fi, and modern audiovisual equipment. An on-site audiovisual center and conference secretariat are also available.

The complex also includes LEGO® Studios, described as Scandinavia’s largest 4D movie theater, with seating for 448 and cinema-quality sound and lighting. It is designed for presentations, talks, and events.

Room Setups and Customization

Rooms can be arranged in several formats depending on the meeting: classic theater, U-shape, group tables, or an informal lounge layout. The company says spaces can be customized with themes and branding to reflect an organization or event, and its team advises on layouts for strategy meetings, workshops, and larger conferences.

Dining

Dining is provided by Panorama Restaurant, which says it follows sustainability standards and uses organic and seasonal ingredients. Refreshments may include coffee, tea, iced water, juice, fruit, and snacks, as well as afternoon pastries. Lunch and dinner options include buffets and a three-course menu selected by the head chef.

Accommodations

The complex has two Green Key-certified hotels, both with direct access to the conference facilities. LEGOLAND® Hotel has 223 rooms, including Business and Superior options, as well as LEGO®-themed rooms. LEGOLAND Castle Hotel offers 142 medieval-themed rooms. Breakfast is included at both properties.

Activities Connected to the Park

The nearby LEGOLAND® park lets event planners add experiences such as dinners at ATLANTIS by SEA LIFE™, private access to selected rides, or receptions at LEGOTOPPEN® overlooking the park. The company also offers team-building activities: LEGO® Business & Bricks, focused on idea generation and creative problem-solving with LEGO® bricks; LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, an interactive process for developing strategies; and Adventure Challenges, a team mission in the park that tests cooperation and quick decision-making.

Packages and Event Types

The center’s catalog includes meeting and conference packages, hybrid meeting solutions, dining, Christmas lunches, and company parties. The company says its team prepares custom proposals based on each client’s needs.

Location and Transportation

The complex is at Aastvej 10, 7190 Billund, Denmark. Billund International Airport is about 4 kilometers away, with direct connections to much of Europe and onward connections to the rest of the world through Copenhagen. The nearest train stations are Vejle, Kolding, Fredericia, and Give, with bus links to the hotel. There is also a bus stop beside the property.
