Dental Deals Canada

Dental Deals Canada, dental supplies for professionals

Dental Deals Canada is a Canadian distributor of dental products and equipment that presents itself as an alternative to the major suppliers in the sector. The company was established in 2014 and targets its offering exclusively at dental professionals: its catalogue of instruments and consumables is sold only to dentists and licensed dental staff.

Its business model relies on a streamlined process to deliver the most commonly used supplies to clinics at a lower cost than what, according to its own presentation, they usually pay. Purchases can be made online or by phone, and the company offers bilingual customer service.

Product catalogue and brands

The range covers a wide variety of consumables and equipment for daily practice, organised into categories such as anaesthetics, alloys, acrylics, cements and liners, crown and bridge products, endodontic materials, etching and bonding, impression materials, infection control, instruments, matrix materials, preventives, whitening and X-ray, among others.

Brands distributed include Hu-Friedy, Coltene, DCI, SS White, Premier, HiTeck and Kerr Rotary. The catalogue also includes a own brand, House Brand, with products such as disposable blades with handle, prophylaxis angles, coarse grit diamond burs, sterilization wraps and KN95 masks, among others.

Office equipment

In addition to consumables, the company sells equipment for the dental clinic, such as Ritter dental chairs and Owandy digital X-ray systems.

Rewards program and promotions

Dental Deals Canada maintains a loyalty program for registered customers: for every $500 spent on its website, before taxes and shipping, the customer receives a $50 gift card. Items on sale or clearance are excluded from this promotion. The company also publishes occasional promotions, such as additional discounts on reduced products and special rewards for larger purchases.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is free on orders over $150. The company accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the receipt is presented.

Customer service

Telephone customer service is available from 9:00 to 17:00 and is offered in two languages. The company has a toll-free line for enquiries and orders.
