Pool catalog

The pool offering is organized into several categories: above ground pools, semi inground pools, inground pools, fibreglass pools, and soft-sided above ground pools. There are specific kits for each type, and some include equipment packages. The site shows current promotions, such as a $500 discount when purchasing an above ground pool kit with a deluxe equipment package, or an inground pool step and cleaner for $999 ($4500 value) with the purchase of an inground pool. A Lock In cover and a Northflo C1 robotic cleaner ($999 value) are also offered with the purchase of a semi inground pool.

Equipment and components

The equipment section includes pumps, heaters, cleaners, filters, salt water systems, ionizers and mineral purifiers, UV light systems, ozonators, chemical feeders, and commercial equipment. The NorthFlo house brand appears as a featured line. Liners for inground, above ground, and onground pools are also sold, along with installation materials and repair kits.

Covers, accessories, and seasonal products

Available covers include winter covers, solar cover blankets, reel systems, safety covers, and mesh leaf nets. Accessories include ladders and steps, replacement cartridges, pool slides, skimmers, plumbing and fittings, backwash hose, vacuum equipment, lights, tools, coping, vinyl liner patches, diving boards, pool fence, pool paint, thermometers, automation controls, safety poolside signs, and decorative items. The winter section groups covers, winterizing chemicals, and specific accessories.

Hot tubs, furniture, and other products

In the hot tub area, Plug N Play and hydrotherapy spas are offered, along with covers, chemicals, cover lifters, cleaners, pumps, filter cartridges, steps, accessories, scents and wellness products, as well as parts and jets. The patio catalog includes furniture sets, chairs, hammocks, lounges, umbrellas, gazebos, in-pool furniture, patio heaters, and accessories. There is also a toy section with floats, games, goggles and masks, kiddie pools, baby toys, cottage, lake and ocean sports items, and air pumps.

Customer service and operations

The company provides toll-free phone support at 1-888-992-9952. It offers free shipping in Canada on orders over $149, with most orders shipped within 24 hours and 7-day-a-week fulfillment. Remote areas do not qualify for free shipping and fuel surcharges may apply. The website has FAQ sections, practical guides, a rebate center, privacy policy, terms of sale, and a blog. Customers can manage orders, returns, damaged or lost products, and warranties through their account. Financing is also available through Flexiti, and a $10 discount coupon for the first purchase over $149 when subscribing to promotions.

Shopping profile and selection tools

The site includes a pool profile that allows filtering results by type, shape, size, average depth, and whether it is salt water. For hot tubs, there is a profile by manufacturer and model, with an extensive list of brands. These tools help users find products compatible with their installations.
