PadelGo

PadelGo, online padel equipment store in Canada

PadelGo is a Canadian online store dedicated to selling padel and pickleball equipment. The company presents itself as Canada's leader in padel distribution and operates exclusively through its website, with no physical retail location. Its catalog is aimed both at those new to the sport and at regular players.

Padel and pickleball catalog

The main offering is padel rackets, organized by brand, collection, playing level, and shape. The site allows filtering by level (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and by shape (round, teardrop, diamond, and hybrid), and also offers a quiz to find the right racket. Featured collections include the 2026 collection, along with sections for women's rackets, kids' rackets, and models under $200.

The catalog is completed with pickleball items (paddles, bags, shoes, and balls), men's and women's apparel (t-shirts, pants, dresses, caps, and sweatshirts), shoes, and accessories such as racket protectors, padel balls, ball pressurizers, grips and overgrips, wristbands, towels, and injury prevention and active recovery products. It also has an outlet section and gift cards.

Brands carried

The store works with padel brands such as Nox, Adidas, Siux, Babolat, and Lok. In the FAQs, Head and Wilson are also mentioned among the equipment brands available, and it states that the rackets are authentic and purchased directly from the brands.

Shipping, payments, and customer service

PadelGo offers free shipping in Canada for rackets over $99, with an estimated delivery time of three to five business days. It accepts credit and debit cards from major networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. After shipping, the customer receives an email with a tracking number. The company has return and exchange policies and asks customers to keep the original packaging and documentation in case of a damaged or incorrect product, which must be reported within seven days of receipt.

Student discounts and bulk purchases

The store offers a 10% discount on regular-priced rackets for students with a valid Canadian ID. The benefit is personal and non-transferable, limited to one racket every six months, and requires an email request with full name and a copy of the card. For orders of five or more rackets, the company offers customized quotes through its sales email.

Customer profile and presence

The business targets padel and pickleball players across Canada, from beginners to regular players. Its headquarters are in Canada, and all commercial operations are conducted online.
