Additionally, Dr. Wong and office manager Laura Wong attended the Toothfairy Gala and the BC Dental Association Awards held on March 10, 2012, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, a charity event in support of BC Cancer Agency and AboutFace. The clinic also sponsored the study and conference room donated by the 123Dentist network to the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of British Columbia.

The clinic provides information about the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and patient financing. Its office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday closed.
