Rental Escapes is a company dedicated to renting luxury villas and homes in destinations around the world. Its catalog brings together more than 4,200 properties across five continents and 42 countries, according to data published by the company itself. The offering is organized by region and by themed collections, making it possible to filter accommodations by type of trip, group size, or included services.

Destinations and property volume

The site breaks down the offering by major geographic areas and indicates the number of properties available in each one:

• Caribbean: 1,838 properties
• Mexico: 475 properties
• United States: 616 properties
• Europe: 691 properties
• Asia: 34 properties
• Canada: 9 properties
• Central America: 182 properties
• Africa: 32 properties

In addition to these groups, the company markets stays in other areas included in its general destination and villa search.

Villa collections

The catalog is structured into collections that respond to specific interests. Among those featured are fully staffed villas, ultra-luxury villas, beachfront villas, golf course villas, ski chalets, wedding villas, large-capacity villas for families and groups, villas near Disney, pickleball-ready villas, accessible villas, villas with a private chef, romantic villas, and pet-friendly villas. A selection of recent additions is also offered under the newest villas label.

Experiences and additional services

The company complements rentals with services managed by guest experience specialists. The material reviewed mentions the possibility of arranging luxury yacht charters, private jet flights, and private chefs who prepare fine dining in the villa itself. Boat excursions are also offered to explore coves that cannot be reached by land.

Brian Schwimmer, CEO and co-founder, has 25 years of experience in the travel industry, international real estate, and digital companies, and leads the growth and acquisition strategy in new markets. The team includes profiles such as Alex Steinberg, villa specialist.
