Restaurant La Quintessence

Restaurant La Quintessence offers French-inspired cuisine with Laurentian flavors and locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by an award-winning wine list. It is open year-round and every day; if the dining room must close, the hotel allows guests to order food in their room. The restaurant holds the CAA/AAA Four Diamonds rating. Its hours are Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Thursday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The hotel also has a wine bar with menus, wine list, signature cocktails, and a selection of beers, aperitifs, and digestifs.

Spa Sans Sabots

Spa Sans Sabots is the hotel's wellness space, located on the shores of Lake Tremblant. Its facilities include a dry sauna, steam bath, summer-only infinity pool, and oversized hot tub, as well as a gym. The outdoor pool is not heated and is maintained at 60 °F (16 °C) as a Nordic experience; in summer, the temperature is kept between 73 and 75 °F. The spa offers massages, treatments, yoga, and products, and allows massage bookings. Use of the spa or pool depends on hotel occupancy.

Experiences, events, and services

The hotel organizes and hosts experiences, activities, corporate meetings, and weddings. Available services include concierge, valet service, luggage storage, and parking. The arrival policy allows check-in from 4:00 p.m.; if a guest arrives earlier and the suite is not ready, they can leave their luggage in storage and their vehicle with the valet team, and enjoy the restaurant, the spa, or an activity arranged in advance by the concierge. Late check-outs are not guaranteed, although it is possible to leave the car in the parking lot and luggage in storage after noon.

The cancellation policy is strict due to the limited number of suites. The deposit is refunded if cancellation is received three days before arrival; if received within the two days prior, the deposit is forfeited. During the holiday season (December 21, 2024, to January 3, 2025), cancellations or modifications received 29 days or less before arrival result in total forfeiture of the deposit. For stays of eight nights or more, total forfeiture applies to cancellations or modifications received 13 days or less before arrival. The Best Available Rate is non-cancellable and non-refundable, with a 10% discount off the rate of the day. Once the cancellation period has begun, there is no refund for cancellation or early departure, and the outstanding balance is required at check-out.

Offers and packages

The site shows several offers: a bed and breakfast package, a winter getaway, a fall package with breakfast and 10% off weekday stays, and 15% off stays of five nights or more. The peak fall color season from September 19 to October 12 is also announced.
