The clinic is led by Dr. Karen Archer, born in Chatham, Ontario. She graduated from Kingsville High School in 1991 with honours and received a Centennial entrance scholarship to Wilfrid Laurier University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology with honours. She then studied at the University of Western Ontario School of Dentistry, where she received several awards throughout the four years of training and graduated in 1998 at the top of her class, with the UWO Gold Medal in Dentistry. From 1998 to 2003 she worked as an associate dentist in Ridgetown and Kingsville, and in 2003 she acquired her own practice, where she continues today.

Dr. Valerie Spano, born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario, completed an Honours Specialization in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences at the University of Western Ontario and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto in 2020. After graduating, she completed advanced training in dentistry and emergency care at Stony Brook University in New York. She joined the team in January 2023.

The team is completed by administrative staff, hygienists, and dental assistants:

• Ashley Varney, office manager, with Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting certification from Everest College in 2010; she joined the clinic in 2011 as a dental assistant and moved to reception in 2014, taking on office management in December 2025.
• Candace Massad, registered dental hygienist, graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at St. Clair College in 2005; she has been part of the clinic since 2008.
• Rylee Fenner, registered dental hygienist, graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at St. Clair College in 2020; she joined in October 2025.
• Natasha Fidalgo, certified dental assistant and receptionist, with Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting certification from St. Clair College in 2013; she has worked at the clinic since 2014 as a part-time assistant and receptionist.
• Taylor Bishop, dental assistant, with Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting certification from St. Clair College; she joined in 2024 as an assistant.
• Jennifer Gonzalez, dental assistant and receptionist, with Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting certification from St. Clair College in 2018; she has worked at the clinic since 2019 part-time in both roles.
• Vicki Vienneau, sterilization lead, graduated in 2002 from St. Clair College with a Personal Support Worker certificate; she joined in 2024 and specializes in sterilization.
