Westgate Dental Care is a dental clinic located in Westgate Centre on Cedar Street in Cambridge, Ontario. It welcomes new patients and their families and, according to its own introduction, has been serving the Cambridge community since 2008. The team describes itself as a team that "really cares," a nod to its name, and works in an environment designed for patient comfort.

General and emergency dental services

The clinic covers a wide range of treatments. In the general and preventive area are general dentistry, dental hygiene, and oral exams. Restorative services include composite fillings, fillings, inlays and onlays, dental bridges, crowns, and dentures. It also performs endodontics (root canal treatment) and tooth extractions, and offers emergency care for cases such as severe pain or tooth injuries.

Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics

Among the cosmetic treatments offered by the centre are dental veneers, teeth whitening, and the GLO Whitening system. The clinic presents itself as an Invisalign provider in Cambridge, a removable method for straightening teeth and aligning the jaw, and also offers guards and appliances. Orthodontics is one of its specialties, along with endodontics and oral surgery.

Sedation and care for anxious patients

For patients with a high level of anxiety or fear about dental procedures, Westgate Dental Care offers several sedation options. The team says it takes time to listen to patients' questions and concerns about any treatment and that, in cases of anxiety, patients can call the clinic to discuss solutions.

Professional team and specialists

The clinic has three dentists with regular schedules: Dr. Wu, Dr. Kodali, and Dr. Bai. In addition, Dr. Dao performs sedation once a month and Dr. K provides orthodontics on the same monthly schedule. The dental hygiene team consists of Meaghan and Jody. Among the professionals featured on the site is Dr. Manmeet Chandna, a general dentist who graduated in 2013 from the New York University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She is certified in Invisalign Fundamentals and is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.

The clinic offers appointments in Arabic, Cantonese, Hindi, Kannada, Portuguese, Punjabi, Spanish, Tagalog, Telugu, and Urdu, in addition to English. It direct bills insurance and accepts all major credit and debit cards. For those who need financing options, the site refers to the treatment coordinator, who can provide more information when reviewing recommended treatments. The clinic also shares information about the CDCP (Canadian Dental Care Plan) program and assists with applying for or renewing its benefits.
