The City of Burnaby is the municipal government of Burnaby, in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Its main office, City Hall, is located at 4949 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC, Canada V5G 1M2. The City offers a broad range of services and payments, including recycling and garbage, property taxes, utility fees and charges, bylaw enforcement and tickets, permits and construction, roads and traffic, waters and sewers, and trees. It also processes permits and applications related to community safety, pets and animals, and support for seniors and families.
The City provides maps and open data, libraries and archives, and a public alert system called Alertable to keep the community informed about emergencies. Residents can also view and manage bills, payments and dog licences through the My Property Portal.

The recreation and arts area includes activities and registration, events calendar, arts and culture, facilities and venue rentals. Activity registration is done through WebReg, the online registration system. The City publishes news and updates, such as the Declaration of Election by Voting, the Declaration of Candidates for the 2026 City of Burnaby General Local Election, a series on Burnaby's vibrant and diverse food scene, and tips for seniors to stay active and connected. The vote for Mayor, City Councillors and School Trustees took place on October 3, 7, 10 and 17. The City offers an eNewsletter to stay informed and an app, BurnabyConnect.
