387 Rent a Car

387 Rent a Car arranges vehicle rentals in Sarajevo and Tuzla, with online booking and pickup at locations coordinated for each trip. Its published Sarajevo address is Kurta Schorka 36, at Sarajevo International Airport. The company also offers pickup and return in the city of Tuzla, with the exact location set during booking. Choosing different pickup and return points can help travelers whose itineraries begin and end in different places.

The process starts by selecting dates, a location, and a vehicle category on the portal. The fleet shown by the company includes compact cars, sedans, and SUVs; published examples include the Renault Clio, Volkswagen Golf 8 and T-Cross, Mercedes-Benz A 180, Škoda Octavia, SEAT Ateca, and Audi Q5. Available models vary by date and location, so the reservation confirms which vehicle or class can be provided.

The company describes flexible vehicle pickup and return and offers customer support 24 hours a day. Its website says vehicles are checked, cleaned, and prepared before each rental. For businesses, it also lists short- and long-term plans, centralized invoicing, and mobility options tailored to fleet size or project length.

The rental terms cover required documents, return rules, and collision-damage-waiver options. The site presents CDW choices with different levels of financial responsibility, as well as an option without that coverage; deductibles and exclusions depend on the vehicle and agreement. Customers should review which protection they select, what it covers, and which documents the company requires if an accident occurs.

The website lets customers request a car and pay online; the confirmation explains how to arrange pickup and return for the reservation. Travel outside Bosnia requires prior approval under the rental terms and may be restricted. Customers should agree on an international route before confirming the vehicle.
